For more than 20 years I have studied New Orleans through the lens of my camera. During that time, I have learned to appreciate her nuances, forgive her faults, relish the beauty of her architecture, savor the uniqueness of her culinary and musical heritage. Remembering Hurricane Katrina While Praying For Texas

Twelve years ago Hurricane Katrina and the subsequent levee failures destroyed most of New Orleans. Today my thoughts and prayers are with the victims of Hurricane Harvey in Texas.
